36 Hours Driver's Education Program: Online or In-Person

Our driving school prides itself in teaching our students to respect the laws and regulations of the road, with the hope that they will become safe drivers. Whether online or in-person, this MVA program consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction, based on an approved-MVA curriculum designed to teach our students to be safe and responsible drivers. This class is offered Monday to Friday, for 2 weeks, 3 hours a day followed by 6 hours of driving. Please note:The expected waiting time for behind-the-wheel appointments is approximately 4-6 weeks.

FAQ:
I am over 21 years old, and I know how to drive, Am I still required to take Driver's Education Program?
Yes! The State of Maryland requires all first-time Learner's Permit holders to attend the Driver's Education Program regardless of age or driving experience.

Can I attend class without a Learner's Permit?
Yes! The minimum age to attend the Classroom instruction is 15 years. However, any student, whether they are 15 years old and 9 months or older, will need to have a valid Learner's Permit to drive with our instructors.

Will I be able to complete the behind-the-wheel sessions during the 2 weeks of classroom instruction?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the completion of the behind-the-wheel sessions during the 2 weeks of Classroom instructions. The expected waiting time for the driving sessions is approximately 4-6 weeks after the end of the Classroom instruction.

If I choose the Online classroom instruction, will I be required to keep my camera on?
Yes! Per MVA's requirement to attend our Online classroom instruction, keeping the camera on as to be seen by your classroom instructor is not optional. If you feel that certain accommodations are needed, please feel free to reach our office manager.

A deposit is required at the time of registration. The final payment must be made prior to finalizing the 30 hours classroom instruction.

Students are required to complete the entirety of this program within 24 weeks from the start of classes, unless prior arrangement have been made with our staff.

Students must have a Learner's Permit in their possession for each Driving appointment, however, it is not a requirement to have a Learner's Permit while attending the classroom instruction.
